Vyasarpadi Project – Football and books go hand in hand

Located close to north Chennai’s corporation dump yard, the Vyasarpadi project is targeted at children who grow up in this poor neighbourhood. We have selected 25 children who come from Monday to Friday from 18:00 to 20:00 to learn. Saturday is when the kids can play football where the Football coach Henry who takes special interest in coaching football skills to boys and girls to help them play for school, district and state level tournaments.

The kids living in this area have a high dropout rate with drugs being prevalent for youths. Our job is to give hope to the kids to learn and facilitate their upbringing to give them a hopeful future.
