This year has been a year of deep reflection for me. In a world that often feels uncertain and overwhelming, I have found myself returning again and again to one simple question: What truly matters? The answer has always been the same, giving children the opportunity to believe in their future.
Because of your generosity, children who might otherwise go without are receiving support, encouragement, and opportunities to grow. Every contribution you make directly impacts a child’s life, opening doors that once seemed out of reach. At KidsROK, our mission is rooted in the belief that every child deserves the chance to thrive. Your partnership allows us to turn that belief into action.

When I look at the students in our scholarship program who are now attending university (one studying at a war torn country in Ukraine), I feel something that is difficult to put into words. I remember when higher education felt like an impossible dream for them — and if I am honest, there were moments when it felt almost impossible to me as well. But today, they are studying, growing, and moving closer to graduation. Watching this unfold has been one of the greatest privileges of my life. Their journeys remind me why we started. They are not just students — they are proof that circumstances do not define destiny.
In November 2025, two members of our team, George Anobah and Allan Fors, traveled to Halaba Kulito in Ethiopia as we began a new partnership with a children’s orphanage home. Hearing about their experience — meeting the children, listening to their stories, and seeing both their vulnerability and their strength, deeply moved us.
One student from our scholarship program continues medical education in a war-affected region in Ukraine, showing extraordinary courage and determination. Others managed personal family struggles while striving to maintain academic excellence. In all cases, the scholarship provided not only monetary assistance but also psychological encouragement, a sense that someone believed in them.
They have become guiding lights for younger children who are still waiting for someone to tell them,
“Yes, this is possible for you too”
As I look ahead, I feel both responsibility and hope. I want us to reach more children with scholarships. I want us to build a strong and committed team in Sweden that can help this organization grow sustainably. But above all, I want every child we meet to feel seen, supported, and capable of dreaming boldly. I believe that when we invest in a child’s education, we invest in something far greater than a degree. We invest in dignity. In confidence. In possibility.
